Hygiene
Hygiene is an important means of preventing infections and inflammation. Keep the following in mind:
- Find a peaceful and clean place to inject
- Wash your hands thoroughly before injecting
- Disinfect the injection site carefully with an alcohol swab
- After injecting, press on the injection site for a few minutes with a cellulose or alcohol swab.
